Six mattress sizes available
Serenia Sleep provides standard mattress sizes and special sizes for RV. That’s to say, you can use the 6” mattress in such bed sizes as: king (72” x 80”), queen (60” x 80”), short queen (60” x 75”), full ( 54″ x 75”), short full (48” x 75”) and twin (38” x 75”). If one of these sizes fits your bedding area, then you could take this 6” mattress into your purchasing consideration. If not, check out other RV mattresses, for Serenia Sleep does not supply mattresses with custom, like round edges or cut corners. Therefore, before searching for the right mattress, you need to measure the size of your bedding area for sure.

Firm, conform to body
To be accurate, the 6-inch RV mattress is not a memory foam mattress, but a polyurethane foam mattress, a 6” foam core with 1.5 lb density. It is a very firm mattress, firmer than most memory foam mattresses and softer than inner spring mattresses. The firmness is comfortable for back sleepers. It conforms to the profiles of sleeper’s body. When you lay on it, your body sinks in a little, but not very much. Your pressure points in hips and shoulders could be slightly removed and thus alleviate the pains. A good point of this polyurethane foam is that it’s easy to move around, you won’t have a climbing-out-of-a-hole feel. If you’re a side sleeper or you really prefer a much softer mattress, it’s better to add a 2” or 3” topper to increase its comfort or go for a memory foam RV mattress, like Serenia Sleep 8-inch memory foam RV mattress.
Cool, save space
This RV mattress sleeps cool in hot weather. As it’s 6-inch only, it won’t hold heat like other thicker mattress does. If you have sweat problems while sleeping, keep the A/C on in your RV might be necessary. What’s more, if you could only utilize a small space (like a cab over car or a bunk), this 6” mattress would help to save more space.
Two-sided, light weight
Serenia Sleep 6” RV mattress is two-sided and weighs 36 pounds only, very easy to flip. Put it on your RV bed frame or a flat and solid foundation, flip or rotate it once every few weeks could prolong its longevity.
20-year limited warranty, test the mattress within 30 days
Serenia Sleep provides a 20-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Whatever you have camping plans or not, do unpack the mattress, let it off-gas for a few days, check if the mattress seams are ok, if the mattress expand to its full size and if its surface is even. Sleep on it to see if you have any unhappy experience on this mattress within 30 days before the free return period is due. If exceeds the 30-day trial period, even if it’s a defective product, Amazon or other sellers will not accept the return.
Roll packed, easy open up, slight odor
Serenia Sleep has its mattress well roll-packed in a small cube for easier delivery. When your mattress arrives, it’s recommended to put it in where you intend to place, cut the plastic packaging cautiously then unfold it. If you unintentionally cut open the mattress, your return warranty will be invalid. Usually the mattress regains its full shape within 48 hours. It might have a slight odor when first taken out from the plastic bags. It would disappear quickly keeping it ventilated.
Stored upright
This 6” RV mattress could be stored standing up on the long side in the off season. Some people roll it up carefully when it’s not in the use.
Drawbacks of Serenia Sleep 6-inch RV mattress
No-zipper cover, unable to remove for wash
There is a white damask cover sewn around the foam mattress with no zipper. Therefore, it’s not removable for wash. If you don’t want your mattress to get stained, add an extra cover, this would be easier for cleaning.
Not for big people
It is known that the foam is only 6-inch high, it holds up body well, but might not be supportive enough for big people over 250 lbs. It might collapse or break down under this weight.
