New Milwaukee Tools – After giving some thought about the late-2014 release new potential tool in the paper, I did what I normally do this time of year – I scoured the websites selling new or updated and leaflets advertising, catalogs. These materials are characterized by the tools that is about to be released.
Earlier this month, Milwaukee England announced July – December 2014 edition of the Heavy Duty HDN news their news. There are a lot of surprises in it. Since it is a British publication, there is no indication that the new tools will be released in the US.
After reading through the list, please let us know the new stuff you’re most excited Milwaukee! For me, it is definitely not wire saws M18 and M12-4-in-1 drilling and the drivers will be Monday.
MILWAUKEE DYNACASE TOOL BOXES
It really vague as to what the Milwaukee DynaCase toolbox is all about. At first glance it looks like this could be the beginning of a product line of modular storage tool brand Milwaukee, but unlike the case.
DynaCase different configurations that can be renamed in Milwaukee and other brands. Right now it seems as though only a small selection of instruments is a bunch DynaCase choice.
You can buy a separate box, but not with Milwaukee branding tools or custom craftsmanship.
M12 FUEL BRUSHLESS 1/2″ IMPACT WRENCH
The new compact 1/2 “impact wrench up to 118 ft supply-lbs (1416 in-lbs) of torque. This is on a larger horizontal and even what some small impact drivers compact and wrenches can muster!
As with other fuels M12 Milwaukee tools, such as impact drivers brushless M12 we consider new impact wrench has two torque and speed electronic setting – full power fasteners for greater volume, and low power for smaller ones.
M12 SUB-COMPACT 1/2″ IMPACT WRENCH
In addition to the above M12 impact wrench fuel, will have a new engine comb 1/2 “Compact impact side as well. It measures just 6-3 / 4” and offers up to ~ Â 102 ft-lbs (~ 1,221 in-lbs) of torque.
M18 FUEL BRUSHLESS FULL-SIZE CIRCULAR SAW
That’s right, Milwaukee is coming out with a full-size brushless sawing can work with 7-1 / 4 “blade. It is described as working with 190mm blade, but is shown with a 7- 1/4 “blade. There may be two versions – one for the EU, and one for North America.
In contrast to the 6-1 / 2″ brushless fuel M18 circular saw, which is a left-right saw the face, the new full-size sawing is to face, which is similar to what you see with most of the wire 7-1 / 4″ saw.
The blades spinning at 5,000 RPM, and saw supposedly can make cuts up to 66mm, equivalent to about 2.6″ deep. 6-1 / 2″ saw can make cuts up to ~ 2.1” six.
Saws also features a dust collection port which directs the debris from the user.

M18 CORDLESS MITER SAW
Oh, that’s right – Milwaukee’s new M18 helmet to a wire saw. Right now it’s just been announced in the UK, but this is something we’d love to see here in the US.
The new M18 wire saws are not considered to be the brand of fuel, which means it does not brush. It is designed to work with 8.5″ (216 mm) blade, and has a maximum capacity cut ~ 2.36″ deep x ~ 10.63″ wide (60 mm x 270 mm) at 90° and not have a baby.
Saws hat features dual vertical steel rails with linear ball bearings for precision and reliability. This configuration is shown in slide animations, and explain why the activation handle is too long. Milwaukee said sawing wire is their first caps missing bar 18V 216mm [8.5″] CNC machines.
I’m more familiar with sliding rails hat horizontal saws or axes compound, but can see the attraction of the rail system along. Rail configuration looks to help make the saw more compact, which is probably also the reason Milwaukee went with a size blades instead 8.5″ of 10.
Although a bit expensive at £399 excluding VAT, the new saw will certainly be appreciated by users increasingly friendly wireless.

M18 FUEL SDS + ROTARY HAMMER AND DUST EXTRACTOR
There will be two new SDS + rotary hammer, and two spit dust that seems to be specific to the two models.

The M18 SDS + rotary hammer Fuel bearing the impact energy of 2.7 J and capable of drilling up to 26 mm. The high-performance models provide the impact energy of 4.3 J.Milwaukee described as wireless performance tool, and is capable of drilling up to 28 mm.
The dust extraction similar work and can operate automatically from the associated tools on/off trigger switch. They come complete with a HEPA filter can replace that traps 99.75% of dust particles.
CORDED SDS + ROTARY HAMMER
SDS will also have a camera cord + hammer drill features a 28 mm capacity, FIXTEC adapter, a 12mm (1/2″) all metal Rohm chuck and 4.8 J impact energy.
DUST EXTRACTOR VACUUM
The wet/dry vac cleaner new feature extractor 1250 W motor, power switch automatically turns on when a tool accompanying notes provided above, 25L tank, blower function and self-cleaning mechanism for cleaning kit filter. It has large rear wheels for easy mobility and comes with a nice array of attachments (2 wand extended, an angled wand, a floor nozzle, crevice nozzle, and the power adapter connector tool.
The tube length is 3.5 m (11.5 ft), and rubber wire is 7.5 m (24.6 ft). It comes with a bag filter and collected PET alternative.
MODULAR M12 4-IN-1 DRILL DRIVER KIT
There is a 4-in-1 drilling M12 and the new driver is now listed as a promotion for the last while stocks disclaimer, so we’re not sure if this is a regular supplement for Milwaukee M12 line. There may be two “first more” is what makes an ad.
The 4-in-1 drill with handles M12 drill / drivers basic, but come with head-mounted modules. Without any further head it acts as a wireless screwdriver and is compatible with standard 1/4″ hex bit. Attach 10mm (~ 3/8″) drill chuck, and it can be used as a regular drills.
The kit also comes with a special attachment end and right angle offset.
I have seen training modules and drivers before (such as drilling system Festool CXS compact), and was a little surprised that Milwaukee for this design a try. I suppose that could be the reason why this is a promotional items restricted shares (now?).
1/4″ SHEET SANDER
New sander table pad 1/4″ sanding sheets 260W motor, oscillatory motion 1.6mm, vacuum bag connectors and integrated vacuum extractor and a power cord 4 m (~ 13 ft). it’s 1/4″ pads can ensure sandpaper over hook and loop or the system is built-in clip.
I can not say I’ve ever used one of the sanders Milwaukee, but they seem to be considered also by the user. It’s always nice to see new tools as wired. After taking a quick look at the 1/4″ sander them, it looks like this could be a completely new design.
