Great Massage, Short Lifespan
Stopped working in a little under two months. I opened it up; the wire that connects to the power button fell apart. Both parts are super delicate, so it doesn’t seem like it can be fixed.
Pros:
Really does a great job getting the knots and kinks out of your muscles, without bruising and hurting them like other massagers do. While it was working, I was very, very pleased with it. I went from having near-constant chronic neck pain to having completely pain-free days like, 80% of the time. I honestly felt like a new person.
Cons:
No telling how long it will last. The power button is cheaply made, and that connection will fall apart eventually. I got roughly 7 weeks of near-daily use out of it.
Relief at Last
Wow. I didn’t know what to expect. I have tried lot’s of these in the stores and I had not found one that really hit the right spots or where the kneading was deep enough to provide any relief….UNTIL NOW. My commute to work is almost 1 1/2 hours each way and my neck is so stiff and tense by the end of the day. I had seen this one in an ad and I had read a fair amount of the reviews and from there I decided I would give it a try. I am so glad I did.
I found just the right positioning to get the base of my neck and my shoulders where I always have knots it seems. There are four shiatsu massage heads that provide a strong and deep massage.
I would absolutely buy another one.
