It comes with Rhonda the Helicopter, who can hold the included Doc figure and even has her own helipad! The playset includes four characters: Chief Resident Doc, Rhonda the Helicopter, Lambie and Baby Cece.

My daughter is just over 2.5 years old and absolutely LOVES this playset. I was apprehensive about spending $60 since usually toddlers tire of a new toy quickly, but this is definitely worth it! Tons to do for little hands, keeps her very occupied.

Purchased for my 4 (almost 5) year old granddaughter. She plays with the toy hospital every time she comes to visit. It has been knocked off the coffee table several times by her younger sister and has not suffered any damage.
Great but try to look for a sale!
It’s pretty basic with not a ton to it. However I think it’s perfect for a starter doll house. My 2 year old loves it and will play with it for 30-45 minutes straight. We really enjoy it but I don’t know that I would pay $60 for it (ours was a gift) so maybe wait for a sale!
