A:Â No, 110 v only.
Q:Â Would this work for feet?
A:Â You can put your feet on top of it to massage bottoms of feet, haven’t really tried it though.
Q:Â Can you use it lying down?
A:Â Yes. I was worried that it would overheat if I used it lying on the couch or bed, but this has never been a problem and I’ve been using mine for over 5 years.

This is a great product. In fact this is the fourth massage pillow I have procured. It is well made, but I just use the product constantly and wear them out!!! I got a stretchy book cover to put over it so I can keep it clean.
I like using this Massage Pillow to fall asleep when my mind is not slowing down. It helps calm my mind and distract from the thoughts of all the things on my to-do list I didn’t get done lol! The pillow is not that soft though…. sort of hard. You have to work a bit to find a comfy position.
