Boost Your Energy Levels
As a stress management consultant, I frequently encounter people looking for ways to calm down, reduce stress and enjoy some quiet time alone. Some stress management techniques which I have discussed in the past to achieve these objectives include activities such as meditation, exercise and a healthy diet.
Believe it or not, but the stress management techniques similar – apart from a few details, such as sex and abstinence – are the ones that you can use to increase your energys level. OK, now you’re probably wondering, “How can a certain activity calmed me and give me more energy?” Does any of this make sense to you? If not, bear with me because it will be in a few moments. If you want more energy because you’re sick of sitting around in your pajamas on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, pay attention.
Sex, fitness and more sex
Let’s say you’re an average male: you work 40 hours a week, you have little or no time for social or exercise, and you passed it in front of the TV for the whole weekend because you no energy, and “it is only free time you have.”
Nonsense, I say. No wonder, you have no energy to Friday night. Here’s your solution: organize your time better so you can exercise more, and more often social, so you can enhance your sexual activity. A study published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior says you become more fit as a result of the exercise, the more energy you will have, the more sex you have, and the better it will be.
It does not matter which type of aerobic exercise you choose – running and kayaking are a few good choices – as long as you do it in 20 minutes, 2-3 times per week. Progress of this light is easy to match your weekly routine and you will definitely notice a significant improvement in your energy levels. However, as with everything, there is sex in moderation. Too much of it at one time can deprive your body needs more energy; Temporary abstinence may be good for the long haul.

Fat … can it?
When it comes to diet, the bottom line is limited absorption of fat. Clean arteries have better ability to supply blood to the heart and penis. Much blood your heart pumping through your system, you will have more energy and your penis will enjoy one, longer erections tougher. The general consensus suggests that 20% to 30% of your daily calories should come directly from fat. For those who exercise and want to cut, you should cut that rate in half.
And, of course, limiting fat in your diet and weight loss. Obese men prone to hypertension, increased stress levels and can make it difficult to achieve an erection. So enhance your energy levels by eating less fat may also make you erection problems disappear.

Vitamins for rescue
Many vitamins are known to increase the metabolism, strengthen the immune system and increase the supply of energy for the body overall. 1. Vitamin C
A glass of orange juice is definitely a good idea. Vitamin C rapidly provide energy for the body. Other benefits are: faster healing and prevention of cancer.
2. Vitamin E
Vitamin E can be found in foods such as almonds, peanuts, walnuts, and canola oil. It helps in digestion and metabolism of certain fats, and it promotes the growth and development of muscle tissue. It also reduces the formation of blood clots, thereby reducing the risk of heart attack.
3. Beta-carotene
Carrots, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, spinach, cantaloupe and a good food source for beta-carotene. This vitamin helps strengthen your immune system and protect against the possibility of heart disease and stroke.
4. Chromium
Chromium is found in wheat germ, prunes and American cheese. It lowers cholesterol, stimulate muscle growth and control blood sugar.
5. Selenium
Selenium can be found in shrimp, lobster, yeast, whole grains, and breads. It helps strengthen your immune system while protecting against heart disease, stroke and some forms of cancer.
Energy boosters unconventional
Here are some of the energy of traditional measures to promote:
1. Ginseng and Siberian Ginseng
This is by far some of the energy boosters is the most popular on the market. That is not surprising though; two forms of ginseng have been used for thousands of years to treat a number of diseases and enhancement of energy. No serious side effects have been reported due to the frequent use of “natural medicine.”
Both forms of ginseng increases energy levels when you have the physical and mental fatigue, stress, diabetes, sluggish, tired or when you feel sick. Siberian ginseng also helps regulate your concentration and mental alertness, and it is known to improve athletic performance.
2. Gingko biloba
Although Gingko is popular for improving cognitive functions and memory, it also helps those with poor blood circulation, and any other vascular diseases. As a side note, it’s also great to overcome impotence.
3. St. John’s Wort
If you are feeling depressed or you think you have the flu, use the disgusting sounds natural. Wort St. John helps reduce depression and is also known as an antiviral agent.

Meditate on energy
I have discussed ways to reduce stress and pent energy through meditation in previous articles, but there are ways to bring energy when you need it.
First of all, meditation is a tool that uses visual, which is the key to boosting energy. To start, you need to close your eyes and concentrate on calming down. Once you have reached this state, blank out your mind and begin to breathe deeply.
Finally, begin to imagine an energy source in your body and make you from head to toe. Do this for a few minutes, always repeating the image, and you’ll notice a fresh new change in your activity level when it ends. After opening his eyes, got up slowly and go for a jog or walk. Or you can call a friend and go out on the town.
Energys for everyone
Our daily grind can take a lot out of us; leaving a pile of flab on the couch in its wake. If we want to have the energy to live, we must take the right arm to fight. We must make a choice and initiative in achieving higher energy levels. Try some of the tips that I have raised here and I am sure that you will see a significant improvement in your energy. Most importantly, have fun with your body and give it the energy and nutrients it requires.
